UGSP and the Office of Problem Gambling (OPG), along with existing problem gambling helpline services, operate a problem gambling telephone intervention (PGTI). It is an enhanced phone case management and relapse prevention program for those with limited access to treatment or self-help resources and for motivated callers who want assistance in recovery and relapse prevention. Services are provided in English, Spanish, and Chinese to a diverse population of Californians.
